Neurodivergent Therapy

Affirming Support for ADHD, Autistic, and Highly Sensitive Clients

If you have spent your life being told you are too much, too sensitive, too scattered, or too intense, you have probably already done an enormous amount of work to seem like less.

We start somewhere else. A nervous system that is calibrated differently is information about how you work. It is not a defect to be corrected.

Who This Is For

We work with women and girls 16 and older whose wiring has been treated as a problem rather than a description.

  • Diagnosed ADHD and Autistic Clients
People who already have language for how they work and want a therapist who does not need it explained from scratch.

  • Women Who Suspect but Have Never Been Assessed
Late recognition is common in women and girls, who often learned to mask early and well. You do not need a diagnosis to work with us.

  • Highly Sensitive People
Anyone who has spent years being told their sensitivity is a liability rather than a way of taking in more information than the room expects.

  • Anyone Worn Out From Masking
The exhaustion of performing a version of yourself that costs more to maintain each year.

What We Do Not Do

We do not provide diagnostic testing or formal evaluations. If an assessment would be useful to you, we can point you toward providers who do that work.

We also do not treat a differently wired nervous system as something to be trained out of you. Coping skills matter and we will build them, but the goal is a life that fits how you actually function, not a better performance of how you are supposed to.

How We Work

The session itself gets adjusted to you. Camera off is fine. Stimming is fine. Eye contact is not required and never has been. If you need to pace, pace. If you need a pause, say so.

Beyond that we do the same slow work we do with everyone. Nervous system regulation first, then the beliefs that formed around being the difficult one, using somatic practices, parts work, and self-compassion.

Video helps here in a specific way. Fluorescent lights, an unfamiliar waiting room, and the social effort of arriving somewhere all cost energy before a session even begins. Meeting from a room you already control spends that energy on the work instead. From anywhere in Colorado, including the parts of the state where a neurodivergent-affirming therapist is not a realistic drive.

You do not have to be in crisis to belong here.

Let's start with a conversation.
