Individual Therapy

One-on-One Therapy for Adults Across Colorado

I offer trauma-informed therapy for anxiety that won't quiet down, depression that's settled in like fog, trauma that keeps showing up in the body, or the kind of exhaustion that doesn't lift no matter how much you rest. I work with those who feel everything — the ones who need more recovery time than everyone around them, who've been called "too sensitive" or "too much" by people who never had to carry what they carry.

A Space That Is Just for You

So much of life asks you to hold everyone else. Here, the hour belongs to you. You don't have to perform, explain, or keep it together. You can simply arrive as you are, and we begin there.

What Our Work Can Look Like

Every tree begins with its roots, and so does healing. Our work moves through five gentle phases. Some we visit once, and others we return to many times.

  • The Roots
We build a sense of safety in your body and nervous system. From threat to presence.

  • The Trunk
We gently question the stories you were handed about your worth. From shame to witness.

  • The Branches
We tend to the experiences that still hurt. From fragmented to integrated.

  • The Canopy
You reclaim the parts of yourself you once had to hide. From domesticated to free.

  • The Fruit
Freedom becomes something you live every day. From surviving to living.

How We Work Together

We'll explore what shaped how you see yourself, what you value, and the patterns you live by, then work through what still hurts, always at a pace you set. Along the way, I'll help you keep what still serves you, let go of what no longer fits, and rise into a life where you trust your intuition, rest without earning it, and feel free to be fully yourself. Ultimately, our goal is liberation: freedom from the old scripts that kept you small, and the room to decide who you want to be.

In our work together, we may draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic and mind-body work, Internal Family Systems (IFS, or Parts Work), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness.

Is Individual Therapy Right for You?

Individual therapy may be a good fit if you want space to focus on your own healing, at your own pace. If the hurt lives mostly between you and a partner, or within your family, couples or family therapy may be a better place to start. We can sort this out together during your free consultation.

*Already in couples therapy?* You're welcome to see me for individual therapy while you work with a different couples therapist. If you and your partner see me for couples therapy, I'll refer each of you to another therapist for individual work. This keeps the space fair and balanced for both partners.
