Yes. Reduced fee appointments are available for clients who pay privately, and we would rather have that conversation openly than lose someone to an assumption about cost.
Bring it up during the consultation. Money is a practical obstacle rather than an embarrassing one, and it is far easier to sort out before you start than partway through.
