The Fruit

Phase Five: Liberation in Motion

The fruit phase is not an ending. It is where the work moves out of the session and into your life.

Moksha looks different for everyone. For one person, it is setting a boundary without weeks of guilt afterward. For another, it is resting without feeling they had to earn it first.

Tending the Practice

Freedom is not something you reach once and keep without care. So this phase focuses on building practices you can return to when life pulls you away from yourself. These can be somatic, relational, creative, or spiritual.

They are not prescriptions. They are questions we answer together. What feeds you? What grounds you? What helps you rise?

When Sessions Begin to Space Out

There is no set point where therapy has to end. As this phase settles in, we talk about what you need from here, whether that means meeting less often or taking a break. That decision is made together, never on a schedule I impose.

What Moksha Looks Like Here

From Surviving to Living

In this phase, liberation is less a destination and more something you return to. You will lose it sometimes. The practice is in finding your way back.

You are still the tree. Rooted enough to weather the seasons, strong enough to hold complexity, and still growing.

Take the First Step

You do not have to be in crisis to belong here.
